Traveling North from Brattleboro: take Vermont Route 30 West approximately 17 miles to the center of Townshend. Turn right onto Vermont Route 35 (Grafton Road). We are located about 600 yards up the road on the left.

Traveling South from Burlington, Montpelier, etc: take I-91 to Exit 6 (Rockingham/Chester). Take VT Route 103 West approximately 9 miles to Chester. Take a left in Chester onto Vermont 35 and travel 7 miles to Grafton. Take a right onto Vermont Route 121 in Grafton and travel about 200 yards to the intersection with Vermont 35. Turn left and travel about 9 miles to Townshend. Valley Cares will be on the right.
